Our Terms

Your Brick Box by EpkBrick will ship orders within 2 business days Monday - Friday after receiving payment. Order invoices generally will be processed within 24 hours, no later than 2 business days Monday - Friday.


Payment

  • Your Brick Box only accepts PayPal Onsite at this time.
  • If no payment is received within 72 hours after an invoice has been sent, Your Brick Box has the right to cancel the order. If you need additional requirements or time, include it in your order comments or message us before the 72 hour grace period.

New and Used Inventory

Your Brick Box keeps all new and used parts in a smoke-free environment. 

  • New Parts - New never assembled pieces from sealed sets or PAB Wall only.
  • Used Parts - We make every effort to select only quality used parts to sell. Discoloring and/or minor marks from use will vary. We are not perfect; therefore, we may miss a piece throughout our extensive sorting procedures, but we strive to offer only quality used parts.
  • Minifigures - Minifigures new and used come assembled in individual poly bags unless specified in the order comments.

Returns

We will strive to be as transparent as possible when you order from Your Brick Box. Please message us if you find there is a problem with your order, and we will attempt to correct any issues first and foremost. If there is no other solution other than a return, below are our terms.

  • If there is an issue with the order or you are not satisfied with the product received, returns are accepted. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping and must use the same/similar shipping packages and the same postage methods that the order was received in. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee is charged. The remaining balance of the original order value will be refunded through the buyer's PayPal account once the order has been returned. If the product is damaged during the shipping, it is the buyer's responsibility to replace the damaged product.
  • Every effort is made to describe the box, set, or item condition. Still, it remains the buyer's responsibility to contact Your Brick Box with any questions/picture requests before placing an order. If there is a mistake on our end, allow us to correct the problem.
  • Your Brick Box takes pride in our packaging and shipping methods to ensure your order's secure delivery. Lost or damaged goods during shipping are not the responsibility of Your Brick Box
  • For Domestic orders, USPS First Class Parcel and Priority Mail shipping include tracking & coverage up to $50.00 and $100.00.
  • International Orders requires additional Insurance, this is included in the shipping prices.
